Hi Lovelies, tonight I write to you to warn you not to fall prey to the
devourers of Love, Truth, and the family tie that we have as Follower's
of Jesus The Christ. No matter the color of our skin, there is a thread
that binds us all together as one; and that thread is The Love of Jesus.
In John 17:9-23, Jesus prays the following: “I
pray for them. I do not pray for the world but for those whom You have
given Me, for they are Yours. 10 And all Mine are Yours, and Yours are
Mine, and I am glorified in them. 11 Now I am no longer in the world,
but these are in the world, and I come to You. Holy Father, keep
through Your Name those whom You have given Me, that they may be one as
We are...20 “I do not pray for these alone, but also for
those
who will believe in Me through their word; 21 that they all may be one,
as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in
Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. 22 And the glory which
You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one:
23 I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and
that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as
You have loved Me."
DISCERNER OF TIMES
Jesus spoke of a time that divisions would come, and in the Garden of
Gethsemane notice that He did not pray for unity of blood family, but
for all believers (brothers and sisters) in Christ. He prayed for you
and me, that we would be one as He and The Father were One. He knew and
foretold of a time that extreme hatred and jealousies would come from
within the blood ties, "Father
will be divided against son and son
against father, mother against daughter and daughter against mother,
mother-in-law against her daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law against
her mother-in-law ” Luke 12:53
If we as the body of Christ want to glorify Our Lord, we must not allow
the enemy of Truth a foothold.
I GOT YOUR BACK
You know the saying, "I got your back" well I do have yours, do you
have mine? These
are perilous times and if you are not willing to set aside personal
agenda and divisive petty prejudice, get out of the way because
judgment begins with the house of The Lord and you will not be pleased
when the light shines brightly on your heart for all to see. "For
the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it
begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the
gospel of God?" 1 Peter 4:17
SOCIAL GOSPEL?
Where, but from Hell did this term come? I first heard "Social Gospel"
from Senator Barack Obama as he was describing "Rev" Jeremiah Wright
and his beliefs. I still do not know what this is supposed to mean but
I can tell you this, there is only one Gospel that we who are of The
Way must concern ourselves with, and that is the Gospel of Jesus The
Christ: Love The Father above all things, and love thy neighbor as
thyself.
“Teacher, which is the great commandment in the
law?” 37 Jesus said to him,
“ ‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your
heart,
with all your soul, and with all your mind.’38 This is the
first
and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You
shall
love your neighbor as yourself.’40 On these two commandments
hang
all the Law and the Prophets.” Matt 22:36-40
Beloved
rest assured that we DO NOT serve a Social Progressive God whose Word
changes with the shifting of sand, or the lifting of a sword.
The
Great God Jehovah established His Holy Word thousands of years ago and
woe to those who attempt to change its meaning to suit their heart of
hate. Hebrews 13:8 tells us that "Jesus
Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever."
James 1:16-18 tells us, "16
Do not be
deceived, my beloved brethren. 17 Every good gift and every perfect
gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom
there is no variation or shadow of turning. 18 Of His own will He
brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of
firstfruits of His creatures."
