ANOINTING &
PROSPERITY

God wants His children to prosper and He has anointed us to be just that, 'prosperous!' His first directive to prosper was to Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden: Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth” (Genesis 1:28). God designed us to be prosperous in body and in wealth. Prosperity is a quality of life, resulting from our commitment, dedication, and action that is aligned in the Word of God. “I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers” (3 John 2).
Financial prosperity is not just for your bank account, not for what is parked in your garage, or the things in your house, it is for your whole self, in harmony with God’s plan and purpose for your life. Remember saints, where your treasure is there your heart is also. God is well pleased when His children are happy and prosperous. "Let them shout for joy and be glad, Who favor my righteous cause; And let them say continually, 'Let the Lord be Magnified, Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant' " (Psalm 35:27). Be committed to God, and all that you do will prosper, maybe not right away, but in a given time it will come to pass if you do not grow weary. "And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart" (Gal 6:9).
Do
not become arrogant and uppity when things are going good. Prosperity
given to you by God is to be used and enjoyed, never to be abused
or allowed to posses you: Pride and arrogance are a deadly
combination to flaunt before The Lord. God hates the proud; who wants
to be hated by God? God wants to bless you, to fill you with joy, to
protect you, to surround you with His Love and gifts; do
not self-elevate above where He has placed you, or what was given to
you will be taken away and given to another.
"7 Do not be wise in your
own eyes; Fear the LORD and depart from evil. 8 It will be health to
your flesh, And strength to your bones. 9 Honor the LORD with your
possessions, And with the first fruits of all your increase" (Proverbs
3:7-9).
When in doubt about what to do, ask Jesus. When overwhelmed, ask Jesus.
Jesus will always be there for you, no matter where you may find
yourself. True
prosperity is direction, purpose and satisfaction within yourself:
Jesus can make this happen; ask Him how and you will never be
the same again.
“The Spirit of
the Lord God is upon Me, Because the Lord has anointed...”
(Is 61).
To
be anointed is to be consecrated by God to worship Him in Spirit and
Power. The Holy Spirit is the anointing power given to each as he or
she receives The Lord Jesus.
John 14:12- “Most
assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he
will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to
My Father."
Everyone who accepts Jesus as the Lord of his or her lives is anointed
to administer The Truth.
Everyone who takes Holy Communion proclaims Jesus as the Anointed One
of their life. All who call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved.

“If you love Me, keep My commandments. 16 And I will pray the
Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you
forever— 17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot
receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him,
for He dwells with you and will be in you" John 14:15-17.
The
authority given you freely by Jesus is not for personal gain.
The blessings and power of Christ Jesus cannot be bought or sold, it is
freely given and it is freely to be given. We are to use the power of
the Holy Spirit as tools:
To
overcome the physical attack. To
overcome the wiles of the demonic. To
share the good news of our salvation. To
open blind eyes to the truth of Christ’s eternal blessing. To
lay hands on the sick & proclaim recovery in The Name of Jesus.
To
set the captives free from self imposed bondage. To
proclaim today is the acceptable year of the Lord. To
preach good tidings to the poor. To
cast off the yoke of religion and its useless rites and rituals.
To
proclaim that all who call upon the Name of Jesus, will be saved.
Upon
receiving Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you are set free from
yesterday’s bondage and given the strength not to go back.
You will be overcome with The Spirit of Joy to unashamedly
proclaim the Good News of your salvation to one and all..for it is good
news to those who are still in darkness and are looking for a way out. Jesus
is the Morning Light, the Bright Star of the new day, the Way, the
Truth and the Life to all who call upon His Name. Hallelujah,
Hallelujah, Hallelujah.
"He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is
he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I
will love him and manifest Myself to him” John 14:21.
LET US PRAY
Thank you Precious Jesus for trusting me with your purpose; for giving
me the strength to do what I need to do, not what I will to do, today.
Hold me Jesus with your love kindness and comfort me with Your
Knowledge. Today I am not confused or tormented and knowing this, I
will be a light in a dark place. With You I can do all things. And in
You, I am able to overcome. Surely, goodness and mercy will follow me
always, and I will dwell in the House of The Lord forever.
